Director of Strategy & Business Operations

Jay brings a wealth of experience from the hospitality and wine industries, having worked from California to the East Coast before settling in the Midwest. He holds the Advanced Sommelier certification and has been recognized for his contributions to Italian wine and his work in Michelin-starred restaurants and major wine events. His deep interest in sustainability and agriculture led him to Four Winds Farm, where he develops markets for the farm’s perennial crops and helps build a vibrant hospitality program centered around the renovated 1930s dairy barn. Jay also serves as Executive Director of Coppia Concerts, a new chamber music series that bring world-class musical performances to the farm.
